Join the Revd Canon Timothy Goode as he discusses his new book ‘Breaking not Broken’, which explores how ableism has shaped the Church’s understanding of the human body, through its history, theology, architecture, and practice, and argues that the risen, wounded body of Christ offers a radically different vision. Moving through themes of space, buildings, wholeness, safeguarding, movement, migration and resurrection, it calls on the Church to recover a theology in which vulnerability, difference, and embodied story are not problems to be erased, but gifts to be recognised at the heart of belonging.

Please note that this event will be held both in-person and livestreamed online.
